Reservations for Casa Toro are completed through our booking partners or by direct agreement with the owners. Your booking is confirmed only when the required payment or platform confirmation has been received.

Payments and Cancellations

Payment schedules, cancellation windows, refunds and any platform fees are shown during checkout on the booking platform you use. Please check those details carefully before confirming.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to respect the property, neighbours and local rules. The house is prepared for the number of guests shown on the confirmed reservation.

Arrival instructions, access details and departure guidance are shared before your stay. Please leave Casa Toro tidy and report any damage or issues as soon as possible.
